Burglary at Lilburn Co-op
Thief Does Damage, Takes From Those in Need
LILBURN, GA, January 2009 — A break in at the Lilburn Cooperative ministry on Sunday evening, January 4, left the ministry with a loss of more than $500 including expenses to replace the front door. An intruder threw a rock through the door and left with the cash register.
An observant neighbor was able to follow the burglar long enough to get the license plate number. The Gwinnett County Police told Lilburn Co-op the vehicle was stolen.

Roof
Special thanks to: The contractor, who arranged a much lower price for us and paid for the roof points himself; the individual from Mount Carmel Church who donated $7,500; The Frances Hollis Brain Foundation who gave us a grant of $5,000; The Lilburn Business Association; and, every individual who donated to help with this project. All Roof Solutions did a wonderful job, and just before the terrible rains.
